60 Walks

The night after cutover, the hotel was overbooked by 60. One of the Sales Managers had taken a group and not let anyone know about it. It was the wierdest feeling to stand behind the front desk while the agents had to walk all of thier guest and all I could legally say was, "I can't help you. I am just the computer person."
