NASA at Minute Maid Park

Shen, Keri, and I met up with Brian in Houston for the Houston Astro's game on the 40th Anniversary of the first moon landing. Astros won!

SEI at JSC

After working at the Space Engineering Institute all semester, we presented our project at Johnson Space Center. Astronaut Mike Fossum spoke to us (WHOOP!) and we also went on a tour of Mike Goza's lab.

Apollo 13

Gene Kranz was giving a lecture at the Bush Library. It was awesome to listen to Gene Kranz and Fred Haise speak of their experiences. We also enjoyed hearing Mrs. Kranz talk about THE white vest.

I also loved how Gene got in a giant truck afterwards to drive home. Yay for Texas!
