Moises and I were told that the best restaurant in all of Amarillo was Kabuki. It was! It was a Japanese habachi style restaurant where our food was cooked in front of us. Our table was on a giant boat in the middle of the restaurant (like Bo Lee used to be!) and everyonce in a while there would be a "thunderstorm" and it would rain in the restaurant and we could watch taiko drummers.
