Black Barts

I get to eat out at a lot of restaurants in a lot of cities because of this job. But, tonight I had a rare treat in Flagstaff, AZ of all places. Our installation team went out to Black Barts, a steak house at a campground across the highway from the hotel. It looked like a saloon. The waiters and waitresses sang showtunes and they were extremely talented. Also the pianist played Gershwin and Joplin and amazed me. My dad would have loved it.

It's a tough job; but somebody has to do it. Maybe you can start up a critic's column and get syndicated to supplement your income.
