Installer Retreat

Here I am in Columbia, MD at the corporate office for the Installer Retreat. It is always fun to come into the office and see the Project Managers and Specialists that I don't usually get to see (and sometimes I've never met!) and also get to see the other installers. It's a great reunion! :) We have learned some fun new things to put into play on sites and also some of the meat of configuration... and believe me... I need to know that!
