Cutover Day

This is my first cutover as a lead. I was waiting for the server to crash. Thank goodness it did not. There were only a few things that almost gave me cardiac arrest. For most of the day I thought that the hotel wasn't going to have credit cards up for cutover. Fifteen minutes before closing SDC called me with the merchant files! I was live by 10:30! Yay! Live by 10:30!
