Snowing on Lake Superior

Lake Superior with Grand Isle in the background later in the afternoon when the sun came out
I was sent to Munising, MI this week to do a re-train. I loved it there. The hotel was so cute and it reminded me of a lodge. It had bear-claw carpet and pictures of moose and there was a giant antler light. It is the only hotel I have ever been to with its own private snowmobile trail! The staff there adopted me as a "Yooper" which is someone that is from the Upper Penensula of Michigan. They also tought me that a "Troll" is someone that lives below the bridge, meaning south of the Mackinack Straits bridge that connects the Upper and Lower penensulas.
